Sweet Potato Fries Three Ways

I don't know about you, but I love fries, they're just so tasty!

You can make these fries with regular potatoes as well, but sweet potato fries are by far yummier in my opinion!

First, wash and slice a sweet potato into fry shapes or wedges. It's ok to leave the skin on, it adds a nice texture.I find it's easier to slice the potato in half then slice the halves into fry shapes. After cutting the potato, lightly cover the fries in olive oil and toss with spices.

Here are my three favorite combos:

The classic:

Garlic powder

Paprika

Pepper

Salt

Spice is life:

Tumeric

Paprika

Pepper

Salt

Cheese Please:

Parmesan cheese

Oregano

Salt

The amount of seasoning you put on depends on how much flavor you want to coat the sweet potato fries. Often I generously use the garlic powder and shake on the paprika and pepper. It depends on the day, or if you have a larger or smaller sweet potato.

After seasoning your fries, place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for around 40 minutes. If your fries are more spread apart on the tray or sliced thinner, baking time will be less. If your fries are chunkier or closer together, baking time may be an extra five minutes or so.

Enjoy!
